Whether you are embroiled in it or helping others sort themselves out,
conflict is a natural part of work life whenever more than one person is in a
room. Human resource professionals are often called upon to act as mediators,
facilitators and internal coaches to resolve conflict. This program is
specifically designed to help HR professionals and small business owners:

sources of conflict and the cost of leaving it unresolved

 •Clarify their own approach to (or retreat
from!) conflict

disagreement and help use conflict to one’s advantage

 •Use
different techniques to resolve any conflict ◦between others, yourself and
another, team members, and departments

 •Practice conflict resolution skills through
role play and group critique

This program has been approved for 4.0 (General ) recertification credit
hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR
recertification through the HR

reservations: $20 for CCHRA “pay as you go” members or $25 for non-members Walk
ins are welcome! The cost is $25 for CCHRA member or non-member on the day of
