The long-awaited final installment in our MassHumanities-sponsored Reading and Discussion Series, "Intellectual Seeds: The Bounty of William Sturgis, Past and Present" is here!  Join us for a discussion of the last of the four books we selected from among those that Sturgis’s first patrons checked out in 1867 – the Library’s inaugural year.  Dr. Sam Coale will present “The House of the Seven Gables,” by Nathaniel Hawthorne.  This talk is free, but registration is requested.
