Palliative medical care is appropriate for patients in all disease stages. It is for those undergoing treatment for curable illnesses and others living with chronic diseases, as well as patients who are nearing the end of life.
This talk will be an opportunity to clarify types of care options and answer any questions you might have regarding palliative care, the Medicare hospice benefit and hospice care and other resources within our community for support.
