Falling Ice From Sagamore Bridge Shatters Windshields
Multiple cars were damaged when ice fell from the bridge and hit their windshields.
BOURNE, MA – Ice falling from the Sagamore Bridge damaged multiple windshields Monday morning, Bourne police said.
A sergeant with the Bourne Police Department told the Boston Globe "significant chunks" fell from the rafters and struck the windshields of three cars. The bridge will remain open.
No injuries were reported.
