Fatal Harwich Stabbing Prompts Manslaughter Charges
One woman is charged with manslaughter and assault with a dangerous weapon after a Chatham man died at Cape Cod Hospital on Monday.
HARWICH, MA — One man is dead after a stabbing on Route 28 in Harwich on Monday, the Cape and Islands District Attorney announced.
Police responded to the residence on Route 28 around 9:15 a.m. on Monday morning, where they found a man with serious injuries. He was transported to Cape Cod Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
One woman, Aneka K. Brown, 35, was arrested and charged with manslaughter and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in connection with the death.

Officials said she is expected to be arraigned in Orleans District Court on Monday.
Harwich Police and State Police detectives assigned to the Cape & Islands District Attorney’s Office are continuing the investigation.
