Great White Shark Spotted Off Cape Cod
A sighting was reported in Cape Cod Bay Monday.
WELLFLEET, MA — A great white shark was spotted in Cape Cod Bay Monday, according to the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy's Sharktivity app. White shark Ashley Grace was reported off the coast of Wellfleet.
Ashley Grace was 12 feet long when it was tagged in 2016, according to the Conservancy.
Chatham Harbormaster Jim Horne told the Boston Globe a 13-foot great white was also seen eating a seal off Monomoy Island Monday morning.
