Grief Sessions, Vigil for 495 Crash Victims Today

Three of the young victims in Monday's crash had deep area ties.

Barnstable's Human Resources Department and EAP Network will offer two grief counseling sessions today, Oct. 26, in response to the area's ties to the fatal crash on 495.

The first session will take place at 2 p.m. and the second at at 3:30. Both will be held in the Shepley Community Room.

A vigil will take place on the Hyannis Village Green at 5:30.

Five people were killed - including four college students - in Monday morning's horrific crash in Middelborough. The college students were Kraig Diggs, 20, of Paxton and Osterville, Jordan Galvin-Jutras, 19, of Hyannis, Jordan Fisher, 19, of Harwich, and Cory Licata, 18, of West Babylon, N.Y.

Diggs and Galvin-Jutras were cousins who played football at Barnstable High.
