Have You Seen Her? Barnstable Police Look For Missing Woman

A 41-year-old woman left Barnstable on Aug. 23 heading to New Bedford or Springfield, police said. Here's what to know.

BARNSTABLE, MA — The Barnstable Police Department is seeking information about a missing woman, Courtney Asdot, who was last seen on Aug. 23.

Police released a missing person alert on Facebook Wednesday for Asdot, 41, of Barnstable.

The department said she left last week possibly heading for New Bedford or Springfield driving a "black business vehicle". The car is wrapped with a bright orange and blue logo from a sign company, they added.

She was last seen wearing a white Tupac t-shirt and black pants, according to the department.

Police say her phone and social media have been inactive since her departure.
