Over 73 percent of registered voters turned out in Barnstable for the 2024 elections. Here's who they supported for president.

BARNSTABLE, MA — Voters in Barnstable came out strongly in favor of Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 elections, according to unofficial vote totals published by the town.

Numbers show that over 73 percent of registered voters cast a ballot in the elections, with a split of 15,025 for Harris and 11,877 for former President Donald Trump.

The Associated Press called the race for Trump, who defeated Harris in both typically Republican states but also in the so-called battleground states.

Trump didn't win a precinct in Barnstable, however.

Locals nearly split the race between Elizabeth Warren and John Deaton, however with Warren narrowly taking the town at a mark of 13,880 to 13,282.
