Huckins Neck Road Closure Scheduled In Barnstable

The closure is part of the ongoing work on Phinney's Lane. Here's when it'll be closed, and when work will pause during Thanksgiving.

BARNSTABLE, MA — A portion of Huckins Neck Road will be closed during the week of Thanksgiving and beyond as Barnstable's Phinney's Lane project continues.

From Nov. 21 to Dec. 2 from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Huckins Neck Road will be closed to through traffic from Pleasant Pines Avenue to Phinney’s Lane to "facilitate necessary sewer work in the intersection of Huckins Neck Road and Phinney’s Lane," officials said.

No work will be done Nov. 24 through 27, however, and all roads will be open on those days.
