Hyannis Man Arrested for Heroin: Police
Police said they saw Michael Harris, 45, acting suspiciously last week.
A Hyannis man was charged with heroin possession in West Yarmouth last week.
Police said on Friday, officers saw Michael Harris, 45, of 10 Pine Grove Ave., acting suspiciously on Route 28. They encountered him and said they found heroin on him.
He was arraigned Monday.
