Hyannis Man Charged with 13th OUI: Report
Frederick Yeomans' rap sheet also includes an assault and battery arrest.
A Hyannis man has been charged with his 13th OUI.
The Cape Cod Times reported Frederick Yeomans, 66, was arrested Friday and held on $5,000 bail.
Police said another driver noticed Yeomans driving erratically near Route 132 and called 911, according to the Times. He was also charged with driving with revoked license.
