Man Caught Driving With Suspended License For 16th Time: PD

YARMOUTH, MA — Yarmouth police arrested a man Tuesday that now faces his 16th charge of driving with a suspended license. Around midnight, Reggie Winbush, 49, homeless, was pulled over and arrested on Willow Street. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and speeding.

Winbush's passenger, Casey Maher, 45, of Hyannis, was also arrested after police said they found a small bag of crack-cocaine. She was charged with possession of a class B substance.

Both are scheduled to be arraigned in Barnstable District Court Tuesday.
