Man Fatally Stabbed On Hyannis Village Green
Police said Nicholas Galanto stabbed a 23-year-old man to death then fled on a bicycle.
HYANNIS, MA — A man stabbed on the Hyannis Village Green Sunday night has died, according to the Cape and Islands District Attorney's office. Brendan Flynn, 23, was found by police around 10:30 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to Cape Cod Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police arrested 32-year-old Nicholas Galanto, whom they found at a nearby home after he fled the scene on a bike, the DA's office said.
Galanto will be arraigned Monday on a murder charge.
