Man With Nearly 300 Charges Arrested On Cape Cod
The man was stopped Friday morning for allegedly driving with a suspended license.
YARMOUTH, MA – Two men, including one with nearly 300 prior criminal charges, were arrested Friday following a traffic stop on Cape Cod. Police pulled a black GMC Sierra over on Willow Street around 1 a.m. and charged the driver, 55-year-old Kenneth Nickerson, with having a suspended license.
The Chatham resident had 290 prior charges, according to police. His passenger, 31-year-old Andrew Ludwig, of Hyannis, was arrested on a Barnstable District Court warrant for felony larceny over $1,200.
Nickerson was released on bail. Ludwig was held overnight and brought to court Friday morning. Both men are scheduled for arraignment in Barnstable District Court Friday.
