Mirbeau Inn & Spa at The Pinehills Announces Addition of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Eric Saulnier Brings Extensive Experience to Award-Winning Property

Plymouth, MA – July 20, 2016 – Mirbeau Inn & Spa at The Pinehills, located at 35 Landmark Drive in Plymouth, MA, just 45 minutes from Boston and an hour from Providence, is pleased to announce that Eric Saulnier has joined the award-winning property as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. In his new position, Eric will work alongside Food & Beverage Director Raymond-Marc Espuche and the culinary team to enhance the already acclaimed culinary and beverage program.

Eric’s career in the hospitality industry spans more than 30 years, beginning with more than 15 years at Castle Hill Inn in Newport, first as a busboy and then earning much sought-after positions as a server and bartender at the Relais & Chateâux property.

After Castle Hill, Eric was the bar manager at Café Zelda in the heart of downtown Newport for more than 10 years, managing and bartending the 60-seat, family-owned American bistro with a large and loyal customer base. Most recently, he was the beverage manager at Indian Pond Country Club in Kingston, MA, where he managed five bars at the award-winning private country club.

Eric has an Associate Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Sales and Marketing Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. A native of Newport, RI, he currently resides in Plymouth.
