Guests may enjoy starters including Hearts of Romaine with wood-roasted croutons, shaved Manchego, Spanish white anchovy, cured olives, wood-fired baby tomatoes; Fire-roasted Local Oysters with Portuguese chorizo butter and Espelette pepper; and Housemade Ricotta with wood-charred cranberry toast, orange-blossom honey, petite arugula and crisp La Quercia prosciutto.
