Nantucket Island Retail Restaurants & Stores Participate in Annual Nantucket Christmas Stroll: December 4-6, 2015

Enchanting Nantucket annually presents one of New England's finest traditions - Christmas Stroll weekend, part of the month-long celebration known as Nantucket Noel, and organized by the Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce. Christmas Stroll weekend (December 4 - 6) is a community holiday celebration attracting visitors from around the world. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive on the island via a Coast Guard vessel and ride up Main Street in a horse-drawn carriage accompanied by the Town Crier. Carolers in Victorian costumes, bell ringers, student choirs and other musicians perform on the Main Street stage as well as stroll through town performing. During Christmas Stroll, a unique assortment of Nantucket Island Retail world-class shops, restaurants, hotels and galleries will open their doors for special hours, giveaways, sales and complimentary refreshments.
