NASA Astronaut Captures Cape Cod From Space

Ever wondered what the Cape would look like from the International Space Station? A NASA astronaut provides an example.

CAPE COD, MA — Everyone has wondered what their hometown or home state would look like from space. For residents of Cape Cod, they recently got an answer.

National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) astronaut Loral O'Hara shared images of the Cape from the International Space Station recently.

"I happened to catch a perfect pass over the Cape and Islands while lifting weights yesterday," O'Hara said. "The photos are in the same order I took them, starting over Lake Superior and ending as we headed over the Atlantic."
