National Grid Paving Project Alters Barnstable Traffic Pattern

BARNSTABLE, MA — National Grid began paving improvements on East Bay Road in Osterville on Wednesday, which will alter traffic patterns.

The work is expected to be completed by Friday, weather permitting. Work hours will be between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.

One travel lane will remain open on the road throughout the paving operations.

Police details will be on-site to direct vehicle traffic, but motorists are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
