Neighborhood Health Plan Hosting Health Education Event at Cape Cod Mall

Neighborhood Health Plan (NHP),
in partnership with Harbor Health Services and 106 WCOD-FM, is hosting a family-friendly health education event at the Cape Cod Mall on Saturday, January 11, 2014, to raise awareness about staying healthy and managing chronic diseases. The event will feature free health screenings, activities for children and adults, and giveaways.
