YARMOUTH, MA — A man who already faced charges after a teenager died in a crash on Cape Cod was hit with an additional charge this week, local police said.

On Aug. 30, a truck towing a boat trailer had pulled to the side of the roadway with a broken axle and passengers had gotten out of the car attempting to fix it, police said. A Cadillac SUV traveling south on North Main Street struck the boat trailer from behind, causing it to hit the people working on the damaged axle, police said.
At the time of the crash, Richmond remained on scene and cooperated with the investigation, police said.
