'Notorious' Barnstable Fentanyl Dealer Arrested, Police Say: ICYMI

"Notorious" Barnstable fentanyl dealer David Silva was found with over $10,000 worth of the deadly drug, police said: in case you missed it.

BARNSTABLE, MA — A "notorious" career criminal from Barnstable who was on the run from U.S. Marshals was recently captured, police said. David Silva, 37, was arrested Friday while driving a vehicle on Route 28 near the Barnstable-Yarmouth line, police said.

Silva was wanted for weapons violations. Police said they learned Silva was staying at a Yarmouth motel, where they found 91 grams of fentanyl valued at $10,000.

Silva was held in federal custody without bail.
