Police arrested Krystal L. Mikina, 30, of Marstons Mills during a motor vehicle stop on Falmouth Rd. and South County Rd. at 12:53 a.m. Mikina was charged with giving police officer false name and address, unlawful possession of dangerous weapon and arrested on two outstanding warrants.
Police responded to a report of breaking and entering in a motor vehicle at Tommy Doyle’s on Main St. at 1:35 a.m.

Police arrested Christopher Mead Mcenaney, 21, of Orleans while responding to a report of a suspicious person on Center St. and Spring St. at 2:07 a.m. Mcenaney was charged with felony breaking and entering in a motor vehicle at night.
Police arrested Ruthanne Bennett, 52, of West Dennis during a motor vehicle stop on Sea St. and Oak Neck Rd. at 9:29 a.m. Bennett was charged with operating after suspension of license, marked lanes violation, defective equipment, operating without license in possession and failure by owner to have motor vehicle inspected.
Police responded to a report of assault and battery at Barnstable High School on West Main St. at 9:54 a.m.
Police responded to a report of forgery on Chase St. at 12:31 p.m.
Police arrested Ciara L. Padilla, 29, of Hyannis while responding to a report of breaking and entering at a residence on Lincoln Rd. at 12:59 p.m. Padilla was charged with breaking and entering day time, intent to commit a misdemeanor and injury to real or personal property glass windows.
Police arrested a 14-year-old juvenile while responding to a report of a disturbance at Barnstable High School on West Main St. at 1:48 p.m. The juvenile was charged with disorderly person and disturbing school assembly.
Police arrested Patricia Honan Cummings, 59, of Hyannis while responding to a report of assault and battery on Oakland Rd. at 2:33 p.m. Cummings was charged with assault and battery domestic violence.
Police responded to a report of larceny at Barnstable United Elementary School on Osterville W. Barnstable Rd. at 3:36 p.m.
