Popular Cape Cod Eatery Makes Major Change: Report

OSTERVILLE, MA — Changes are coming to one of Cape Cod's oldest restaurants.

Wimpy’s Seafood Cafe is switching things up as fall gets underway. The Cafe will now be open year-round in its new spot in Hyannis. It had called Osterville home since opening its doors in 1938.

The restaurant is known for its comfort cuisine and classic Cape Cod dishes. Its current location features a seafood market with takeout for those who want to cook at home.

Under new ownership, the location won't be the only thing to change. The menu and decor are also expected to look a little different.

According to the Cape Cod Times, the move is set for October.
