Retired Hyannis Firefighter Richard Knowlton Dies At 59
A uniformed walkthrough will be held prior to the public wake Thursday afternoon.
HYANNIS, MA – A retired Hyannis firefighter has passed away at 59 years old. Lt. Richard Knowlton died Aug. 4 following a "long and courageous battle with occupational cancer," according to the Hyannis Fire Department.

Uniformed Walkthrough will take place prior to the public wake at 3:45 p.m. All uniformed members are asked to stage at 3 p.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church at 76 Wianno Ave.
