Followers of Cheryl Hines on Instagram got a little behind the scenes look at that physique when, as she was advertising a sale on her Hines + Young products, she filmed a quick ad with Kennedy showering behind her.

The politician can be seen washing his hair but avoided scandal with only the upper part of his torso exposed.

Apparently, Hines wasn't thrilled with the timing of this shower, as she can be heard in the video telling Kennedy that she was recording.

Kennedy is set to lead the Department of Health and Human Services in the upcoming Donald Trump administration.

However, as Axios reports, he must keep almost unanimous support among Republican senators under the assumption that all Democrats vote against his nomination. This comes as opposition and news stories continue to come out against Kennedy (in addition to the odd stories, like the ones reported on Patch in the past few months.)
