Roadwork On Route 132 In Hyannis Begins On Halloween: What To Know
Normal work hours will be 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Construction is expected to be completed by Nov. 18.
BARNSTABLE, MA — Pavement milling and overlay work on Route 132 in Hyannis is scheduled to begin on Monday, Oct. 31. The work is limited to section of Route 132 between the Airport Rotary and the intersection with Bearses Way, officials said.
The Town of Barnstable’s contractor for this project is Lawrence Lynch Corporation, officials said.
Construction activities will include milling the existing pavement surface, improvements to existing drainage structures and castings, installation of a new pavement top course and new line striping and pavement markings.

Normal work hours will be 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Construction is expected to be completed by Nov. 18, weather permitting.
Through traffic and access to all businesses along the route will be maintained throughout construction. Lane closures will be supported with police details to direct traffic.
