Barnstable police blocked off the road as the massive bird was “walking around the houses on the street.”
A call to a Yarmouth police officer prompted the response. Nicholas Giammarco learned about the wandering bird and realized it could be the one kept by his father in the Barnstable village of Marstons Mills.
