Sandwich Police Find Guns, Drugs In Hotel Room Of Hyannis Man
The Sandwich police searched a Hyannis hotel room on Aug. 5. They found cocaine, counterfeit pills believed to be fentanyl and four guns.
HYANNIS, MA — A Hyannis man faces multiple charges after the Sandwich police raided his hotel room, finding drugs and four guns, they said.
Michael Gregoire, 35, of Hyannis was arrested on Aug. 5 after an investigation determined that he was selling crack cocaine and pressed counterfeit pills on Cape Cod.
The Sandwich Police applied for, and were granted, a search warrant for Gregoire and the hotel room he was staying at in Hyannis. With assistance of Barnstable Police, the Cape Cod Drug Task Force and the Cape Cod Regional S.W.A.T. team the warrant was executed on Friday.

Police found over 65 grams of cocaine, over 30 grams of pressed counterfeit “Percocet” pills believed to be fentanyl and over $1200 cash. In addition to the drugs, police said Gregoire was in possession of four handguns, two of which were loaded and on his person at the time of his arrest.
He was arraigned in Barnstable County Court on Monday and faces charges of: cocaine and fentanyl trafficking, carrying a firearm without a license, felony possession of a firearm and large capacity magazine and other weapons charges.
