Save Cape Cod's Covell's Beach At Craigville Beach Centerville

Once 440,000 Volt High-Voltage Cables Are Installed, They're Here to Stay. Cable depth is insufficient cable may be exposed during a storm.

Once These High-Voltage Cables Are Installed, They're Here to Stay

If the Vineyard Wind Farm is constructed two 440,000 volts/high-voltage cables come onshore at Cape Cod's Covell's Beach and the cables will be here FOREVER!

Vineyard Wind and Barnstable's Town Council have stated several times the cables will be buried 30 feet under the beach. Vineyard Wind’s diagram on their website disproves this talking point and will be under 10 feet in some areas. The cable depth is insufficient and the cable may be exposed during a storm, shifting sand etc.. Their talking points are misleading to say the least!
