Swimming is suspended for the second day in a row following a shark sighting off the coast.

TRURO, MA – Sharks can't stay away from Head of the Meadow Beach in Truro. Swimming has once again been suspended for at least one hour following a shark sighting Wednesday afternoon. The shark was reported around 12:15 p.m.
This is the second day in a row the beach has been temporarily closed for sharks and at least the fourth time this summer a shark has been spotted close enough to shore to prompt a swimming ban.
