Sip and Savor Fine Wines and Brews at the Bear in Boots Beer vs. Wine Dinner

Featuring a four-course menu perfectly paired with beers from Cisco Brewers and wines from Horizon Beverage on March 25

Bear in Boots, a Falmouth-based restaurant owned by husband and wife duo Kate and Gates Rickard, is teaming up with Horizon Beverage and Cisco Brewers for a night of brews, wining, and dining.

Guests are invited to unwind and indulge in a four-course menu featuring Chef Gates’ signature comfort food dishes like Apple Butter Glazed Pork Medallions, Prince Edward Island Marinated Mussels, and more that will be perfectly paired with fine beers and wines from local distributors including Horizon Beverage and Cisco Brewers.

Whether a beer geek, wine connoisseur, or simply looking for a hearty homemade meal, this special March 25 dinner has a little something for everyone.

Paired with: Ruffino Borgo Conventi Savignon Blanc and Indie IPA

Second Course

Roasted Cranberry Salad

roasted cranberries, blood orange segments, soft ripened Bouchevrette goat cheese, honey and baby arugula

Apple Butter Glazed Pork Medallions
