Social Security Hyannis Office Moving To New Location

On November 20, 2017, the Hyannis Social Security office located at 259 North Street, Building B, in Hyannis, Massachusetts will move to a new location at 100 Independence Drive, Suite 4, Hyannis, Massachusetts.

Local residents may visit the office located at 100 Independence Drive, or contact the Hyannis office at (866) 467-0440 for assistance. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday 9:00 AM 4:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Thursday, Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Other available options include:

• Calling the national toll-free telephone number, 1-800-772-1213 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. People who are deaf or hard of hearing may call the agency’s toll-free TTY number, 1-800-325-0778, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.

• Filing for retirement, disability and/or spouse’s benefits
