South Shore Woman Charged With OUI After Curb-Jumping Crash On Cape: Report
The arrest of the 25-year-old follows reports of an 'erratic' driver along U.S. Route 6.
YARMOUTH, MA — The 25-year-old woman brought to Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis after a car crash late Wednesday now faces multiple criminal charges, the Hyannis News has reported.
Samantha Holton, of Plymouth, was arrested on charges that include operating under the influence of alcohol.
The arrest stems from a collision around 7 p.m. Wednesday that sent Holton’s SUV into a U.S. Route 6 guardrail – and sent Holton to the hospital.

Police said it was her second OUI allegation. They also have charged her with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, violating marked lanes of traffic, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.
Holton’s previous OUI charge was continued without a finding in 2023 at Stoughton District Court, according to the Hyannis News.
