'Very Well-Known' Hyannis Heroin Convict Arrested Again
Jonathan Cotell, 24, allegedly lied to police during an encounter Friday.

Police said a convict ”very well-known” to them was arrested again Friday.
Jonathan Cotell, 24, of Hyannis, was driving on North Street in his town at about 7 p.m. when police said he was pulled over. He was then charged with several driving violations and operating under suspension—as well as using a false driver’s license after police said he gave officers one that belonged to someone else.
In 2013, Cotell was convicted of heroin possession.
