Wanted On Cape Cod: Roger Deveau, Repeat DUI Suspect
Roger Deveau, of Yarmouth, is wanted on nearly a dozen charges ranging from drunk driving to resisting arrest.
YARMOUTH, MA — A repeat drunk driver with nearly a dozen outstanding warrants out of three Cape Cod communities is on the run, according to police. Roger Deveau, 55, has a last known address in West Yarmouth.
Yarmouth police said Deveau is wanted on the following charges: DUI, DUI (second offense), driving with a suspended license (two counts), negligent driving, leaving the scene of a crash, speeding, resisting arrest, driving with an open container of alcohol, failure to stop for police and unlicensed driving. He committed those crimes in Yarmouth, Chatham and Truro, police said.
Deveau, who is 6 feet and 170 pounds, was featured as Yarmouth police's latest target in its "most wanted" program.
