A 27-year-old convicted of a fatal hit-and-run as a teen was wanted twice by police in three months.

YARMOUTH, MA – A convicted felon wanted by police on Cape Cod has been arrested in Webster. Gina Giovangelo, 27, was wanted on an outstanding warrant on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked for motor vehicle homicide, giving false information to a police officer and texting while driving.
Giovangelo was the subject of a Yarmouth Police Department's "Wanted Wednesday" post over the summer after she allegedly gave fake information to a police officer Aug. 3. She later turned herself in.
Police said Giovangelo did not comply with court orders after her latest arrest. She has 20 prior criminal charges, including a guilty plea to a fatal hit-and-run in May 2010, according to police.
