• Bedford Affordable Housing Trust Approves Shawsheen Ridge Waiver and Reviews 210 Springs Road Plans (thebedfordcitizen.org) — Bedford's Municipal Affordable Housing Trust has approved a waiver letting Shawsheen Ridge condo owners, including those in affordable units, access larger repair grants at once to help cover major betterment costs. The trust also reviewed plans for 210 Springs Road, where 25 ownership units are planned, five of them affordable—double the required share—and may seek funding or additional affordable units to strengthen the project's community impact.
• Former Mass.
