<h2>Friday, Sept. 13</h2> <p>At 11:24 a.m., police arrested Yuling Liu, 43, of 10 Hammond St., Apt. 5H, Boston, and charged her with sexual conduct for a fee. Police made the arrest on Shawsheen Avenue. </p> <p>At 12:36 p.m., police arrested Xiaoqi Mei-Handley, 53, 5 Hammond St., Apt. 5H, Boston, and charged her with sexual conduct for a fee. Police made the arrest on Middlesex Turnpike.</p> <p>At 1:59 p.m., police arrested Kun Zheng, 44, 4114B Main St., Flushing, and charged her with sexual conduct for a fee. Police made the arrest on Railroad Avenue.</p> <h2>Thursday, Sept. 19</h2> <p>At 2:41 p.m., police arrested Cristian C. Machado, 24, 528 Fox Hollow Drive, Hudson, NH, and charged him with operating while under the influence of liquor. Police made the arrest on Great Road. </p>
