Bedford High School boys tennis was the underdog throughout the MIAA Division 3 North tournament, but the Buccaneers' run at the title ended on Sunday. Weston High beat the Bucs 3-2 at Rahanis Park in Burlington in the Division 3 North final. Bedford was the eighth seed of the tournament, but knocked off two higher seeded teams earlier in the tourney, including Manchester Essex, which had an undefeated regular season. Bedford High entered the final 14-1 in the tournament, but Weston, which finished the regular season 15-2, was too much. Weston will next play Martha's Vineyard in the state semifinal game on Monday.
