Bedford Police Arrest Two During Traffic Stops
The following information was provided by the Bedford Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Aug. 23
At 1:03 p.m., a motorist reported someone damaged her vehicle. Police took a report.
At 2:09 p.m., police arrested Franklin Valencia Ramirez, 319 East Main St., Apt. B1, Marlborough, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle without a license. The arrest was made during a vehicle stop on Crosby Drive.
Saturday, Aug. 24
At 10:52 a.m., a Carlisle Road resident called police about a suspicious vehicle parked on the street. The caller said the car didn’t belong in the area. An officer couldn’t local the owner.

At 11:43 a.m., a caller reported a fox in the area of Neillian Way and Neilian Street. The fox left the area before police arrived.
At 3:48 p.m., a driver called police about an erratic driver at South Road and Hartford Street. The person was reportedly speeding and crossed over the double yellow lines. Police were unable to locate the erratic driver.

At 4:55 p.m., police responded to Great Road about a road rage incident in which a driver used racial slurs. Police were unable to find the driver.
Sunday, Aug. 25
At 7:20 a.m., police responded to Stop & Shop about a camp site set up in the corner of the parking lot. An officer spoke to the person with the camp site who agreed to leave the area.
At 6:22 p.m., police responded to Great Road concerning an erratic driver who drove on the sidewalk. Police were unable to locate the driver.
At 7:22 p.m., a person reported a wallet was stolen from his vehicle on Sweeney Ridge Road.
At 11:30 p.m., police arrested Juan Conde-Luis, 12 Princess St., Unit 2, Wakefield, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle without a license. Police made the arrest during a motor vehicle stop on Great Road.
