BEDFORD, MA – The Bedford Police Department arrested two people from April 27 to May 3. The department releases information weekly regarding calls received and arrests made.
Below are this week's arrests:
Thursday, May 3: Nicholas Alving, 36, of Stow, was arrested on Avalone Drive and charged with trespassing, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and possession of a class B drug.

Another arrest was related to the Domestic Violence Act of 2014 and cannot be released, police said.
