Bedford's New Fire Station Project: Tours And Public Forums

Article 26 at Bedford’s Annual Town Meeting (beginning March 23, 2020) proposes to authorize the Selectmen to acquire land for a new fire station.

There are several opportunities to learn more coming up in the next week:

The Fire Department will be hosting tours of the current fire station for residents to view the conditions and layout of the station:

-Saturday, March 7, 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

-Saturday, March 14, 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

The Town will be holding two public forums in advance of Town Meeting for residents to learn more about the project, ask questions, and share comments:

-Tuesday, March 10, 7:00 p.m. in the Reed Room, Town Hall (10 Mudge Way)

-Thursday, March 12, 7:00 p.m. in the Reed Room, Town Hall (10 Mudge Way)
