Local airmen will be returning home to Hanscom Air Force Base after a year's deployment, and a welcoming party will be there to greet them.More than 60 airmen who have been serving all over the world are scheduled to arrive at the Bedford air base July 23 at 10:30 a.m. The air base is planning a welcoming party at the base, which will include a parade at noon.
