Cold Delays Bedford Trash Pickup
The collection company will not be able to finish trash and recycling pickup Tuesday due to freezing temperatures, the DPW said.
BEDFORD, MA – The town of Bedford is ending trash and recycling pickup early Tuesday amid plummeting temperatures. The DPW said Republic Services will be unable to complete collection because of the cold weather.
The company will complete Tuesday's scheduled pickups tomorrow, Jan. 3. Residents whose trash and recycling were not collected are asked to leave their carts and containers out at the curb.
