Head-On Crash Kills 1 In Bedford
An 85-year-old Billerica man died in the Saturday morning collision.
BEDFORD, MA — An 85-year-old Billerica man was killed in a head-on collision on the Middlesex Turnpike Saturday morning.
The crash occurred around 8:49 a.m. near the intersection of the Turnpike and Oak Park Drive. Police said it appears the man was driving a Hyundai Sonata southbound when it crossed the center line and crashed into an oncoming Jeep Grand Cherokee.
The driver of the Cherokee suffered non-life threatening injuries.
