Learn Financial Wellness with MCC’s Money Management Group
This Fall, MCC will offer the Money Management Group to help students learn about financial wellness and habits for success

This Fall, Middlesex Community College will offer the Money Management Group to help students learn about financial wellness and habits for success. Run by the college’s SUCCESS Scholars Program, the Money Management Group helps students make and reach their financial goals.
“This semester’s Money Management Group meetings will primarily focus on where students are in their financial journey, and the goals or challenges they are currently facing,” said Serrahtani Parrish, MCC’s Success Program Coordinator and Financial Wellness Coach. “The sessions will continue the work from previous semesters, and guided support will be offered to students as needed.”
Led by a team of financial wellness coaches and SUCCESS staff, MCC’s Money Management Group will go over topics including budgeting, credit and debt management, savings, and more. In a supportive learning environment, students can learn tips and strategies to create financial goals around their values, academic goals, and life plans.

Students will be prepared to make everyday money choices that will provide them with a stronger financial future. Running throughout the Fall 2026 semester, each session focuses on different aspects of financial wellness.
“Through SUCCESS staff’s leadership, I walked away with far more than basic budgeting tips,” said John Conley, MCC student and previous attendee of Money Management Group sessions. “Attending the Money Management sessions completely rewired how I view financial power, strategy, and community growth. They turned foundational concepts into an unstoppable roadmap for success.”
