MCC Helps 7th through 12th Grade Students with Math & English

MCC is offering online courses this Fall semester to teach important math and English skills to students in seventh through twelfth grade

This summer, Middlesex Community College made a successful transition of the college’s College for Kids summer programming to online platforms. A leader of online education for over 20 years, Middlesex develops immersive and interactive online courses that promote meaningful learning at all ages. MCC is offering online courses this Fall semester to teach important math and English skills to students in seventh through twelfth grade.

"Transitioning to online learning this spring was a varied experience for many, especially for our youth,” said Lauren Ellis, MCC’s Program Manager of Community Education & Training. “In an effort to help support our children, MCC has created a handful of courses to assist students who may need a refresher or extra help in math and writing. It takes a village and Middlesex is here to ensure access to content, resources and student success."

While many schools and colleges may have struggled to adjust to online learning, Middlesex was prepared and can now help fill in learning gaps to guide students to success.
