MCC to Host Humanities, Social Science & Education Open House
MCC's virtual open house will discuss the Humanities, Social Science and Education programs at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18
Middlesex Community College is hosting three program-specific Virtual Pathway Open Houses throughout the Fall semester. The third and final open house will discuss MCC’s Humanities, Social Science and Education programs at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18. Prospective students can learn about MCC’s programs – diving into the specifics of applying and paying for college, and the support resources designed to help students succeed.
“Middlesex offers students a great way to start college affordably and closer to home,” said Camille Brown, MCC’s Director of Admissions and Student Recruitment. “We have a wide variety of programs to choose from and courses that transfer to Mass. four-year universities and private colleges. To save on college costs, students may also choose our Liberal Arts and Sciences program to complete the English, Science, Social Science, Math and Humanities general education courses that are the foundation for any bachelor’s degree.”
Over Zoom, attendees will learn about the Admissions Process, speak with Financial Aid Counselors, meet with MCC faculty members, hear about campus offerings, and learn about transfer options. Those who participate will also have the opportunity to explore career paths and learn about career-focused degrees and certificates, career development courses and customized training for businesses.
